How do I sign up for the ELT program?
Note that Michigan does not currently offer an ELT program.

How do I request a motor vehicle record?
Vehicle record information can be mailed to the Record Lookup Unit. (Personal records can be obtained from a Department of State branch office with a driver's license.) There is a fee of $7.00 for each record ($8 from a branch office). More information, including details about what is included on the vehicle record and application forms, is available from the Michigan.gov website.

What is the fee to apply for a title?
The standard fee for a title application form is $15. A full list of fees is available.
